1. መርሓባ ያሲን “ወድ ሕሩጥ ሰይፉ” ሰኒ ናዩ ሀብክሁ እግል ሑና :ወሑዬ :ወፍቱይ መስኒዬ : ተስፋጮን:: ኣማን : ሓሞት : ማራነት :ሓጣር: ወፍቲ ኣዳሙ : እሌን ሓምስ ገድም ፋጣማያ( የታማያ) :: ኬርካ ልባዛሕ :: ሑካ ሰኒ ሸንበርክሁ( ሓለክሁ) :: ወኣስክ ነዓርዮ ኣካኑ ጽንዕት እትና ታ:: ወድ ዕሉም ሓማራጋ እብ ደሓን ኣክራራ::

2. ጻጋ ወ ኣክሊሉ፣ ነሓርኩም ልውሳዕ ወ ሰነትኩም ትብዛሕ። ሓምዴዬ ልብጻሓኩም፣ እብ ቅርኣትኩም ወ ኣትናዮቶትኩም እግል ክቱብዬ ሕላዬ። እሊ ሑድ ቱ፣ እግል ሑና ተስፋጮን ብዙሕ ወ እቤ ላኪን እላ ገብአት ቅድረቼ።

3. Thank you Yassino for this great poem about our great uncle Tesfachoen! Like all Eritrean freedom fighters Tesfachon has contributed his part heroically to the independence and constructive peace of our country Eritrea. A man of great moral fortitude has left the world. And in a few but well written words you have informed us about his lasting legacy. You have such a gift for using the language—each line feels so deliberate and meaningful.

   Indeed, he is another example of determination, courage and a symbol of ultimate sacrifice for freedom. We are immensely grateful for him and all our fallen heroes. May his legacy shine forever.
